Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Even though we always try our best to meet your needs and provide you with the best service, in case you decide to discontinue the service and avail the refund, we will be happy to assist you.

 
  • Partial Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund after deducting a 40% processing fee within 7 working days if our team completed the documentation after a confirmed purchase and if both parties have not signed the documents.

     
  • No Refund Policy: There will be no refund if attestation of the documents is completed.

     
  • Government Rejection: In any case of rejection of documents submitted from our side by any Govt. authorities in case of GST/Business Registration, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid by the client.

     
  • Notification Timeline: The client must notify us of the issue within 30 days of the virtual office agreement being signed.

     
  • Investigation and Payout: Upon receiving notice, we will investigate the matter and provide a refund within 14 days if we find that the address provided was the cause of the issue.

     
  • Payment Processing Errors: In case you attempted to purchase a plan and your payment was successfully processed but not credited to us, you should seek a refund from the financial service provider.

     
  • Customer Eligibility: Please note that refunds can be issued for new customers only. If you are renewing the plan, you are not eligible for a refund.
